Who provides the app
CoachPanel Basic is provided by Ignacio López Garrido. For support or privacy questions, contact soporte@coachpanel.es.
Information you enter
You can record club and player details, photos you choose, dates of birth, positions, participation, results and ratings. The app uses this information to manage your teams and generate statistics and documents on your device.
Where data is stored
This edition processes and stores data locally. It requires no CoachPanel account and does not automatically send squads, photos or matches to a CoachPanel server. It does not provide automatic device-to-device syncing.
Sharing and backups
When you choose to export, share or print a document, its contents are provided to your chosen destination. Check the information and recipients first. Other apps, printers and system services apply their own terms. iOS or iCloud backups depend on your settings and are not an automatic sync feature of this app.
Retention and deletion
Data remains on the device until you delete it using the available features or erase local app data. Uninstalling the app may delete its information. Keep a verified backup first. This edition has no server account to close.
Advertising and tracking
This edition has no active advertising, trackers or proprietary analytics. It does not sell your player data.
Support messages
If you email support, we receive your address and any information you choose to send so we can handle your request. Email is hosted by Arsys. Avoid unnecessary information about children, photos or sensitive data. You can ask about your messages or request deletion using the same address, subject to applicable obligations.
Players and children
Only enter information you are authorised to process. The coach or club decides what to record and share and should take particular care with children’s information.
These pages and changes
These public pages are hosted on Firebase Hosting and contain no forms, added trackers or our own analytics cookies. The hosting provider may process technical information needed to serve them. This policy will be updated if the Basic edition’s features or data practices change.

Optional live scoreboard for families
Choosing Share LIVE or Family view publishes the team, opponent, season, score, clock, shots and match events with player nicknames or names online. Goals, cards, assists and shots display the player nickname or name. Full rosters, profiles, photos, birth dates and ratings are not published. Firebase stores the scoreboard and provides an anonymous technical device identity to restrict editing to its owner. Anyone with the link can view the score without an account; access expires after seven days without an update. Stop sharing deletes the publication; otherwise its document remains stored in the service. The original roster and matches remain on your device.
